Join Governor Kulongoski in his fight against hunger. Together, we can make Oregon a better place to live - one mouth at a time. You can give time, money, food or lend your support for legislative initiatives to fight hunger - every little bit helps.
To participate in Governor Kulongoski´s public/private donation initiative for the Women, Infants and Children program, the Seniors Farmers Market Program or the Food Stamp Outreach Campaign, click here. Please print the letter, select the program to which you would like to contribute and mail to the Department of Human Services.
To help with emergency food response, please contact the Oregon Food Bank at oregonfoodbank.org. They can assist you with drop-off locations for food and other hunger-related needs.
To support legislative initiatives on hunger, contact your state senator or representative and urge them to support income-related legislation, including economic development, affordable housing, child care, human services and health care bills. If you don´t know who your legislator is, click here.
